The hotel beach is very clean and there is free snorkeling gear. We stayed at this resort for 7 days in June of 2016 and this is my assessment to help potential future vacationers: Pros: The hotel and grounds are well maintained and very nice, Majority of the staff are Very friendly, Room service is ok. A very special shout out to Isabelle at the beach pool and Oceana restaurant area she served drinks non stop to our chairs all day Tia and Tao say thank you for the special lunch you surprised us with for our anniversary. A big shout out to the entertainment staff Hot Chocolate Asmine and Hugo winnie the pooh.Water aerobics lots of fun.
The rooms were great kept very clean.Turn down service received every night except one.Room 4232 great room for us.The food was great in all restaurants however Market Cafe should have more staff behind counter pasta area unstaffed most times we went and a few more bus boys to clear plates.We loved the special coffees Eric made for our table he made it a fun dinner.The other restaurants were great in both Secrets and Sunscape tried them all. Travelled with West Jet great flights and service.Easy airport to travel in and out of customs quick and outbound lots of shops. Had a great time group of 7 family members stayed April 22 to 29 in pool view junior suites 3 rooms. but next time i would pass on the suishi All in all, i would recommend this resort to friend in the future but quite tasty We went up to the Sky bar one night. especially the comfortable beds and great, great shower Food was typical resort food. This was the only negative mark i would call out during our stay The rooms were awesome. One negative blip, i would recommend you get a copy of the spa receipt to use to compare to your final bill to avoid any discrepancies. this was purely a relaxation trip (mission accomplished) we did partake in the spa (80 minute Swedish massage) this and relaxation pools were great.
I want thank bartender Mario at the Preferred swim up bar and Adriana our waitress for providing such great service during our staff We did not do any excursions. this was our first all-inclusive trip in quite a while so we did not know what to expect. We have just returned from a long weekend stay in Cozumel.
